The consular matters tackled in Montreal involve mainly application of Polish passport. In the legal cases (such as legalization, signature’s authentications, the notarial’s cases, transcription of applications etc.) the documents will be accepted on the condition that the appropriate payment with checques or Money Order is given, but there will be no possibility to receive immediately authenticated documents.

The documents can be received personally either at the Embassy of Poland in Ottawa or during the opening of the consular section in Montreal or returned to the applicant by the post (upon providing addressed pre-paid envelope).
